About the Team
The Corporate ER&I (Enterprise Reporting & Insights) Team plays a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. The team is responsible for preparing and delivering comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports to executive leadership, along with supporting materials for Board of Directors (BOD) decks.
Beyond reporting, the team emphasizes automation and process optimization to minimize manual effort and enhance efficiency. ER&I also conducts detailed forecasting, weather modeling, and business performance deep dives to uncover insights and explain key variances. Through these efforts, the team ensures leadership has clear, timely, and actionable intelligence to guide strategic decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Own high visibility reports for Executive Leadership Team
- Focus to ensure 100% accuracy and timely analysis
- Seek guidance from seniors in deciding the best solution that is scalable and has a defined support structure
- Perform accurate financial reporting, under general supervision work on ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modeling
- Equip the Sr. Analyst / Lead Analyst / Manager with all possible information required to manage the right level of expectations defined during scoping phase with the stakeholders
- Develop ad hoc business analysis by applying academic concepts and work alongside Sr. Analyst / Lead Analyst to develop further insights and outline observations from data
- Ask questions as needed and to determine an appropriate approach
- Contribute to the completion of team projects
- Provide answers to tactical business questions
- Work on problem statement with minimal information and layering analysis (dealing with ambiguity)
- Work with business partners and teams in SSC-B and SSC-M through effective collaboration
- Understand and progressively learn financial planning and analysis effort, forecasting using the key input levers to the business –promotion, weather, business landscape and such that play a key role in retail dynamics
- Establish and maintain operating and business metrics
Years of Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, accounting, business and/or Chartered Accountant, MBA
Skill Set Required
- Power BI visualization skills must
- Basic Data collation, compilation and transformation
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Automation
- Intermediate querying using SQL, SAS will be a plus
- Strong willingness to learn new concepts, apply academic concepts learnt and reach out to different team members to effectively work on assigned projects.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Good interpersonal skills emphasizing written and oral communication
Secondary Skills (desired)
- Retail business understanding
