Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Independently create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing objectives
  • Manage and schedule content calendars for social media
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Identify and implement social media trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Strong visual and creative skills
  • Ability to create visually appealing designs along with content
  • Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout design
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to create and execute social media strategies
  • Experience with social media analytics and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creativity and strategic thinking

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)
  • Must have 1 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Proven track record of independently developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Must have Proficiency in Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other similar Tools
  • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
  • Must have Experience with social media analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
