The electronics division through Ascent Circuits is one of India's leading manufacturers of bare board Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), specializing in single-sided, double-sided, multi-layer, radio frequency (RF) PCBs, flexible PCBs, and speciality PCBs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer QMS located in Chennai. The Engineer QMS will be responsible for ensuring the Quality Management System (QMS) processes are implemented properly and maintained across the company. The day-to-day tasks include conducting internal audits, analyzing quality performance data, working closely with various departments to improve quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The Engineer QMS will also be involved with problem-solving initiatives related to product quality and driving continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Quality Management System (QMS) and Internal Auditing skills
  • Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Problem-solving and Continuous Improvement skills
  • Data Analysis and Reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the EMS sector or related industries is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
