Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Distribution Sales Representative, located in Bijapur. The Distribution Sales Representative will be responsible for managing sales and distribution activities in the assigned territory. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with dealers, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular visits to dealers, conducting product demonstrations, and providing timely support and feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of the automotive spares industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
