Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MD Radiologist to join our healthcare team. The Radiologist will be responsible for interpreting medical images, providing accurate diagnostic reports, and supporting clinicians in diagnosis and treatment planning. The ideal candidate must have expertise in various imaging modalities, strong clinical judgment, and excellent patient care skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, Ultrasound, and Mammography.
- Prepare accurate and detailed diagnostic reports for referring physicians.
- Collaborate with clinicians to assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Perform and supervise image-guided procedures when required.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety in all radiology procedures.
- Advise on appropriate imaging techniques and protocols for specific clinical conditions.
- Maintain patient safety by adhering to radiation protection and safety guidelines.
- Review and update imaging protocols in line with current best practices.
- Participate in clinical meetings, multidisciplinary discussions, and patient case reviews.
- Train and guide junior doctors, radiographers, and technicians when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Radiology from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license/registration with [State/National Medical Council].
- Proven experience as a Radiologist in a hospital or diagnostic center.
- Proficiency in using PACS and radiology software systems.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
