Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AEM DevOps (Lead/Dev) located in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

• AEM Cloud experience
• AEM Cloud Dispatcher experience, ability to analyse AMS AEM dispatcher to AEM cloud dispatcher. Deep understanding of etc maps, caching rules, redirects rules, integrating AEM with CDNs, performance optimizations, technical troubleshooting, etc
• Configuring CI/CD pipeline configuration (introducing code quality, coverage, security, performance, test automation, SEO, etc.)
• Great at facing customers
• IT Services background
• Consulting background
• Good at using AI for development and automation work.

The DevOps SME is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing DevOps processes, tools, and practices across development and operations teams. This role ensures seamless integration, automation, and continuous delivery of software solutions while maintaining high standards of scalability, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of DevOps strategies, pipelines, and automation frameworks.

Develop CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) for performance, cost, and scalability.

Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.).

Drive containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.

Define and enforce best practices for source control, branching, and release management.

Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline deployments and resolve environment issues.

Ensure security compliance and implement DevSecOps practices across the delivery pipeline.

Mentor teams on DevOps principles, tools, and culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

8+ years of experience in software development
, system administration, or DevOps engineering.

Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with configuration management and automation (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring concepts.
