Role

Full-Stack Engineer (India · Remote,). Ship a tiny but real app that converts legal docs into reusable Markdown templates and drafts cases via a chat UX. )

What you'll build (take-home)

  • Upload → auto-templatize with {{variables}} stored in DB
  • Batch create 5 templates
  • Chat: pick closest template from a user request, prefill, ask human-friendly questions, then generate final Markdown
  • If no local match: (bonus) use to fetch a similar doc, templatize, and continue
  • Must use: Python (FastAPI), , Gemini API (free tier)

You

  • Strong with Python/, , file parsing, simple DB design (SQLite/Postgres)
  • Comfortable with LLM prompting and clean UX
