Required Qualification & Experience:Should be a BCom. with a minimum of 2 years experienceStrong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.Proficiency in accounting softwareAdvance knowledge of Excel/MS office.Excellent communication skillsShould be able to complete targets on time.Nature of workDigi gold:Identifying nearby matching gold rate with digi gold redemption rate against each storeCreating a manual gold rate in EPOSS and sharing the same with each individual stores for creating GEP transactionEnsure store team cancels the credit note created against the Digi gold GEPFollowing-up with stores to complete and issue out the GEP document from POSSFollowing-up with regional commercial team to transfer the customer advance balance to Factory consumption accountLocation master creation:Creating the location master in Legacy & NAP for upcoming Tanishq/Mia/Zoya storesCreating new location in GHs portal for regular and RGA schemesBased on requirement, modifying address in legacy and NAP for Zoya and Tanishq TrunkshowsChannel Finance:Issuance of channel finance comfort letter to bank for L3 / L2.5 Primary BillingDue Diligence:Following up with each region and make sure to have the Due Diligence report for all L2 storesFollowing up with each region to initiate the Due Diligence process for > 3 yrs old cases
