Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Purchase Executive / Engineer
to manage procurement activities, vendor development, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and prior experience in sourcing mechanical and industrial components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, components, and services as per company requirements.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate for cost-effective purchasing.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with the engineering, production, and inventory teams for material planning.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain purchase records and prepare cost analysis reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Continuously seek opportunities to reduce procurement costs.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Knowledge of supply chain procedures and vendor management.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
