Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients across international and domestic markets to understand business needs and technology challenges.

  • Conduct discovery calls and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.

  • Recommend customized IT solutions (Web, Mobile, Software Development, or AI/ML, Cloud-based).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design proposals, estimates, and solution documentation.

  • Deliver persuasive presentations, demonstrations, and project pitches to clients.

  • Manage the full pre-sales cycle — from qualification to closure support.

  • Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, competitors, and industry trends to improve solution positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Solutions Consulting.

  • Strong understanding of software development processes and IT service models.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value propositions.

  • Experience in handling international clients (US, UK, or Middle East preferred).

  • Proficiency with CRM tools, lead tracking, and proposal management.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to web & mobile app development, AI/ML or Blockchain etc projects.

  • Familiarity with tools like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.

Experience working in a fast-paced IT services or startup environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
