Position Overview:
a skilled and proactive BIM Coordinator to manage the digital delivery and coordination of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that BIM workflows are implemented effectively, project models are well-coordinated, and multidisciplinary collaboration is seamless throughout all phases.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate BIM processes and workflows across disciplines to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date, and accessible project documentation within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Facilitate communication between design and engineering teams to maintain alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) tailored to project needs.
  • Conduct model coordination and clash detection using tools such as Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D Repo.
  • Track and report on project progress, identify coordination issues, and propose actionable solutions to enhance performance.
  • Perform QA/QC model reviews to ensure alignment with standards, specifications, and ISO 19650 guidelines.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide BIM input during design coordination discussions.
  • Support internal training initiatives by mentoring team members on BIM tools, workflows, and industry standards.
  • Stay current on BIM technologies and trends, contributing to the digital transformation of project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in MEP Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven BIM coordination experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and 3D Repo.
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650, BIM execution planning, and CDE management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

Desirable:

  • BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
  • Experience working on healthcare, infrastructure, or large-scale fit-out projects.
