Purpose As a Digital Solution Engineer, you design, develop, and implement digital solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications, ensuring scalability and performance. Troubleshoot and optimize digital systems, driving innovation and continuous improvement in digital infrastructure. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement digital solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality digital products.Perform system integration by connecting digital solutions with existing IT infrastructure and third-party services, ensuring seamless operation and data flow.Optimize digital solutions for performance, conducting regular assessments and making necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and user experience.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within digital solutions, providing timely support to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices during the development and deployment of digital solutions, protecting against vulnerabilities and breaches.Document system architecture, configurations, and development processes, maintaining comprehensive records for future reference and team knowledge sharing.Stay current with emerging digital technologies and trends, integrating innovative solutions to keep the organization competitive in the digital landscape.Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and IT staff, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting skill development within the team.Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of digital solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and user expectations. Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field is required. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are highly recommended. Proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions, including cloud-based applications and platforms, is essential. A master's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital solution engineering, software development, or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying scalable digital solutions.Proven experience in designing and implementing digital architectures, including web, mobile, and cloud-based applications, using modern development frameworks and tools.Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#, and familiarity with frameworks like Angular, React, or Functional Competencies Compliance Governance, Risk and Control Cost and budget control Business Partnering Digital savvy Business Acumen Delivering Tender Management of change application Data Modelling and treatment Planning
