Job Title: WordPress Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and creative
WordPress Developer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites with a strong focus on performance, responsiveness, and user experience. You will work closely with our design, content, and marketing teams to build high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
  • Convert design files (Figma/PSD) into responsive WordPress layouts.
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible.
  • Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and payment gateways as required.
  • Regularly update WordPress core, plugins, and security patches.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, or errors.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
  • Manage website backups, migrations, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (portfolio required).
  • Strong knowledge of
    WordPress themes, plugins, and builders
    (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Gutenberg).
  • Proficiency in
    PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
    .
  • Experience with
    MySQL
    and WordPress database structure.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with WooCommerce development.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and optimization tools.
  • Familiarity with website hosting, cPanel, and domain configurations.
  • Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
