Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning: Develop menus that meet patients' dietary requirements and preferences.

  • Food Safety: Ensure compliance with hospital food safety regulations and standards.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.

  • Certification: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.

  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Nutritional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and therapeutic diets.
