Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket,zepto,Binkit and company website.
  • Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and ensure listings are optimized.
  • Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and coordinate with operations for dispatch.
  • Handle customer queries and feedback from platforms.
  • Track inventory levels and update stock on all portals.
  • Analyze sales reports, marketplace fees, and performance metrics.
  • Plan and execute basic promotional activities like discounts, coupons, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with design/marketing team for banners and product creatives.
  • Ensure compliance with each marketplace's rules and guidelines.

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms mazon, Flipkart, Big Basket,zepto,Binkit.
  • Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of product listing, SEO keywords (preferred).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce management is a plus but not mandatory.
