  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9 including modules like company set-up, voucher entries, GST, inventory, bank-reconciliation, payroll.
  • Experience in accounting fundamentals (ledgers, trial balance, bookkeeping) plus statutory compliance (GST, TDS/TCS etc).
  • Prior experience as a trainer/faculty is highly preferred. Some roles accept freshers with strong Tally & accounting skills, but many ask for 1–5+ years of training experience.
  • Comfortable with classroom (physical) and/or online delivery (Zoom/Google meet) and able to develop training materials, assignments, practical exercises.
