Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Master Data Maintenance: Create, update, and maintain master data records in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Data Governance: Implement and adhere to data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality.

Data Quality Management: Monitor and analyze data quality metrics, identify and resolve data discrepancies, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance data accuracy and completeness.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize master data management processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient and streamlined procedures.

Data Validation: Perform regular data validations and audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of master data records, taking corrective actions when necessary.

Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to master data management processes, policies, and procedures. Generate reports and present data insights to relevant stakeholders as needed.

System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure smooth integration of SAP master data with other enterprise systems and applications.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on master data management processes, ensuring their understanding and compliance with established guidelines.

Compliance and Audit: Assist in internal and external audits related to master data management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
