Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Product Sourcing & Development Manager to lead our product sourcing, vendor development, and quality sourcing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finding and developing new vendors, managing existing relationships, and ensuring high-quality products that meet our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Sourcing & Development:
  •     Identify and develop new vendors and products that align with company goals
  •     Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of industry developments
  •     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies
Vendor Development & Management:
  •     Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors
  •     Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that benefit the company
  •     Monitor vendor performance and address any quality or delivery issues
Quality Sourcing :
  •     Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality products
  •     Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure vendor compliance
  •     Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues
Requirements :
  • 7-10 years of experience in product sourcing, vendor management, or quality control
  • Strong industry knowledge and network of vendors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%) for vendor meetings and audits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Nice to Have :
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM)
