  • Develop thought-leadership articles showcasing expertise in pharma analytics and consulting.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing a strong employer brand.
  • Stakeholder &; Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Consulting Leaders) to align narratives with business goals.
  • Mentor junior writers and review content to ensure quality, tone, and alignment with brand

guidelines.

  • Manage a content calendar and ensure timely rollout of communication campaigns.

  • Uphold high standards of clarity, structure, and impactful storytelling.

Qualifications &; Experience


• Bachelors/Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.


• 5-7 years of experience in corporate communication, content writing, or marketing communication

(preferably in consulting, pharma, or life sciences sector).


• Demonstrated ability to handle senior-level communication assignments.
