About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to join our Bangalore team. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyzing data, improving processes, and ensuring successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively and leverage AI tools for innovative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and communicate with key stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
Collect, review, and analyze business and industry data to generate insights.
Track project schedules, monitor progress, and evaluate milestone achievements.
Liaise across departments and business groups to ensure seamless collaboration.
Assess and recommend options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
Maintain accurate documentation for projects, processes, and operations.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to drive execution.
Test, map, and evaluate business processes and protocols to identify gaps.
Apply AI tools and data-driven techniques to develop creative and practical business solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
Strong ability to handle, interpret, and analyze business and industry data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with proven influencing ability.
Hands-on experience with business process modeling, process testing, and mapping.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Resourceful problem-solving approach with exposure to AI-driven tools.
Experience working in cross-functional environments with project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with data analytics/visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Exposure to AI/ML-based business solutions.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA (nice to have).
