Remote Opportunity – Frontend Engineer (US-based Client, Hiring in India)

Bait AI is hiring on behalf of one of our US-based client companies for a Frontend Engineer
role. This is a
remote opportunity
designed for talented engineers in India who want to work on global-scale products.

About the Role

As a Frontend Engineer
, you'll shape the experience candidates and companies have with an AI-powered hiring platform. From designing seamless interview flows to building dashboards that handle millions in payouts, your work will directly impact how the world hires.

You'll collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to craft highly performant, intuitive, and elegant user interfaces that scale globally.

What We're Looking For

Strong proficiency in React and

Solid understanding of modern frontend practices (TypeScript, component design, state management, performance optimization)

Experience building and maintaining scalable, production-grade UIs

Comfort integrating with backend APIs (Python/Go) and designing data flows

Exposure to design systems and UX best practices

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) is a plus

Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and willingness to align working hours with PT timezone (through at least 11am PT)

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience)

Compensation

Base cash compensation: $20K–$100K

Performance bonuses: up to 40% of base

$1K referral bonus for successful referrals
