We are looking for an experienced
Warping & Sizing Manager
to lead our
filament yarn direct warping and sizing operations
, ensuring consistent beam quality for smooth weaving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage warping and sizing operations for filament yarns

Ensure beam quality — tension, sizing % add-on, and technical parameters

Supervise operators and coordinate with the weaving team

Minimize beam-related stoppages and enhance weaving efficiency

Requirements:


Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology or a related field


Minimum 7 years of experience in filament warping & sizing


Strong understanding of beam preparation for water jet weaving
