Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential beneficiaries, donors, and stakeholders.

  • Explain The Healer Foundation's initiatives clearly and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate call records and assist with follow-ups.
  • Support awareness campaigns and community outreach through telecommunication efforts.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass and above.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Fluent in Tamil; basic English knowledge preferred.
  • Basic computer or smartphone handling skills is an advantage.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Professional, patient, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to explain information in a simple and engaging way.
  • Basic record-keeping and data entry skills.
