Key Responsibilities
- Translate banking and financial documents, including KYC files, customer communication, agreements, statements, and reports.
- Provide accurate translation of emails, SOPs, policy documents, and regulatory communication.
- Assist teams during German-language client calls when required.
- Ensure contextual accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency in all translations.
- Review and validate machine translations for financial correctness.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Risk, Compliance, Trade Finance, Treasury, etc.
- Maintain translation guidelines, terminology lists, and update banking vocabulary.
- Meet defined TAT and ensure high-quality deliverables.
