About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding hotels, restaurants, resorts, and commercial establishments for our professional cleaning and facility management services. The role involves direct field sales, client relationship management, and driving business growth in the assigned region.

  • Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients such as hotels, restaurants, and resorts to onboard them for our cleaning and housekeeping services.
  • Promote our range of services, including:
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Sofa & Carpet Cleaning
  • Permanent Housekeeping Staff Supply
  • Labour Supply for Big & Small Events
  • Post-Construction Cleaning
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain proper sales records, client data, and follow-ups through CRM or reporting systems.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in cleaning, facility management, or hospitality-related services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic English proficiency to interact with hotel/resort management and higher executives.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and disciplined in managing field operations.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education: Graduate (Preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
