Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven Ecommerce Specialist to expand and optimize our Amazon business across global marketplaces. This role is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in either of the following areas:
- Amazon Catalog, Operations & Inventory – Skilled in product listing optimization (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+/B+ content), SEO-driven content, day-to-day Amazon operations, and inventory management.
- Amazon PPC & Growth Marketing – Experienced in Amazon advertising and promotional strategies, including increasing organic rankings, achieving best-seller visibility, and maximizing ROI through campaigns and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
For Catalog, Operations & Inventory
- Create and continuously optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+/B+ content) to ensure strong visibility and conversion.
- Manage daily Amazon operations, ensuring product data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
- Closely monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts (OOS) and overstock; plan inventory ahead of seasonal events, promotions, and sales spikes.
- Track competitor activity and market trends; proactively update product content, pricing, and keywords to stay competitive.
- Perform catalog audits to ensure SEO alignment, policy compliance, and content quality.
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for smooth inventory flow and replenishment.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to the Manager on catalog performance, inventory status, and competitor movements.
For PPC & Growth Marketing
- Conduct thorough competitor and market analysis, including price benchmarking and trend monitoring.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), Deals, and Coupons.
- Focus on increasing organic rankings, improving product visibility, and driving category dominance.
- Develop strategies to reduce ACOS/TACOS and enhance advertising efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and implement adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Create initiatives to boost sales velocity and achieve/maintain best-seller status.
- Prepare and share timely campaign reports and insights with the Manager for decision-making.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
- Mandatory experience working across Amazon's global marketplaces
- Strong knowledge and expertise in catalog & operations/inventory management or Amazon PPC and marketing (or both).
- Good understanding of Amazon SEO, competitor analysis, keyword strategies, and policy compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and present findings clearly.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.
- Proven ability to prepare and deliver regular performance reports to management.
