Roles & Responsibilities:

Role Type: Full Time

Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM IST - ( USA PST)

Location: Hyderabad or Anywhere in India

Experience: 4+Years

Salary: DOE

This team is a pricing helpdesk team role , candidates must experience in QUOTE-TO-CASH, Order management and pricing.

  • As a Data Analyst, Identify data from various sources like databases and APIs.
  • Using various Transformation technics, identify missing values, correct errors, and transform data

into usable formats.

  • Ensure data integrity and accessibility as per the customers standards.
  • Analyze the raw data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Create data models, dashboards, and reports to support business objectives.
  • Translate complex data into understandable insights for stakeholders.
  • Present the findings through clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations using

Power Point and Excel presentations.

  • Communicate the findings and recommendations to various teams for corrective actions and

follow up until closure.

  • Work with various teams to understand their data needs and support their initiatives.
  • Addresses data errors, performance issues, and other data-related problems.
  • Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for data errors.
  • Create Incidents for data mismatches and work with Production support teams (L1 and L2 teams)

for the fix.

  • Involvement in End-End testing and UAT (Pre and Post Go live) testing
  • Understand the requirement from Development and QA teams; and prepares Test Case and Test
