Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Assistant Manager - Gold Auction Manager (Sales/MIS and Operation Support). The role involves managing auction processes, coordinating sales operations, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities also include providing customer service support, producing management information system (MIS) reports, and supporting operational efficiency for gold auction events.

Qualifications

• Jewellery/Gold/Gems experience
• Experience in Auction Management, Auctions, and Online Auctions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills/ Sals operations
• Analytical capability for preparing and interpreting MIS reports
• Proficiency in maintaining operational processes and ensuring compliance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and achieve sales objectives
• Familiarity with financial or asset markets would be beneficial
