Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant located in Noida. The Executive Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and support executive leadership. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails; scheduling meetings and appointments; preparing reports and presentations; coordinating travel arrangements; and performing clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical skills including filing, organizing, and managing documentation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle confidential information discreetly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
