Job Role:
- Creative Direction & Execution – Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, blogs, newsletters, eBooks, and print materials.
- Brand Leadership – Evolve and maintain Qapita's visual identity across platforms, ensuring consistency and visual cohesion.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship – Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into creative solutions. Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers.
- Project Management – Lead multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Trendspotting & Innovation – Stay ahead of design trends, AI tools, and technologies, introducing fresh ideas to the team.
- Quality Control – Review and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring final deliverables meet brand, quality, and strategic goals.
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring creativity, vision, and leadership to our design team. In this role, you will not only craft compelling visual assets but also mentor junior designers, contribute to brand evolution, and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute design projects that have a direct impact on our brand presence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
