Planning Engineer

Position: Principal Engineer Planning

Reporting to: Manufacturing – Head

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Qualification: Diploma/ Graduation in Mechanical Engineering

Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and industry standards

Domain: EPC / Supply orders for Energy Saving Systems, Hot water systems, Waste Heat recovery systems, Hot air generators systems, Steam generation systems, Thermal oil systems, Waste Heat Based Power Plant etc

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing Production in an ASME 'U' Stamp & IBR approved shop for Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers, WHRB, Special Equipment etc
  • Prepare, Implement, control and review production plan- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to Contractors &
  • Manpower Planning- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing
  • Ensuring production operations as per standard operating procedures
  • Monitor quality standards of
  • Prepare and maintain production
  • Ensure the safe use of equipment's and schedule regular
  • Coordinate with Quality, Design, Stores & maintenance team to achieve production
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest
  • Train new workers on how to safely use machinery and follow

Experience, Knowledge s Skills:

  • Work experience as Production Supervisor or similar role in fabrication of Boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, special equipment & structural
  • Knowledge of drawing reading First angle method & Third angle
  • Knowledge of material required for equipment & structural
  • MS Office

  • Good communication and interpersonal
