Position Summary:
These positions shall be responsible to drive sales of injection molding machines in Kanpur Region (UP East) by identifying prospects, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering tailored technical solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally, maintain customer relationships, and stay informed on industry trends to exceed targets.
Work You Will Do:
Identify and target potential customers within the Kanpur region who have a need for injection molding machines and other capital goods.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive products.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Acquire in-depth technical knowledge of the injection molding machines a offered by the company.
Stay updated on product enhancements and industry developments.
Translate technical specifications into customer benefits and value propositions.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges.
Recommend suitable solutions that align with the client's needs and offer the most value.
Create customized sales presentations and proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Provide after-sales support and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Effectively manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and execute sales strategies, including cold calling, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team.
Set and achieve sales targets and quotas in alignment with company goals.
Monitor and report on progress toward meeting objectives.
Continuously work towards exceeding sales goals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products.
Team:
This position shall be based at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and will be part of the Chandigarh Sales Region.
Basic Qualifications
- BE/ BE tech in Plastics/ Polymer/ Mechanical/ Electrical with experience of 12-16 years of sales (Field) of capital equipment, preferably for Injection Molding Machines
- An additional qualification of MBA will be an added advantage.
- The job requires extensive travelling and the ability to handle CRM effectively.
