Web3 Engineer / Blockchain Architect

We are looking for a
Web3 Engineer / Blockchain Architect
to design and scale multi-chain blockchain infrastructure and decentralized identity (DID) systems. This role combines deep technical expertise across
Bitcoin, Ethereum, and DPoS systems (Graphene/Steem)
with strong architectural vision and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement
    multi-chain blockchain systems
    (BTC, ETH, Graphene/Steem).
  • Build
    Ethereum PoS nodes, Bitcoin Taproot & Lightning integration
    .
  • Develop and deploy
    secure Ethereum smart contracts & cross-chain payment systems
    .
  • Implement
    W3C DID standards
    and integrate decentralized wallets.
  • Guide
    DApp/product development
    and align solutions with business needs.
  • Lead
    technical governance, security, and compliance best practices
    .
  • Research and adopt
    emerging blockchain tools & protocols
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in
    blockchain architecture
    .
  • Strong experience with
    Bitcoin (Lightning, Taproot), Ethereum (PoS, EVM, smart contracts)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Graphene/Steem or other DPoS systems
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Solidity, Rust, Go, or Python
    .
  • Track record of delivering
    multi-chain/cross-chain blockchain projects
    .
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Blockchain certifications (Ethereum, Blockchain Developer, etc.).
  • Contributions to
    open-source blockchain projects
    .

Familiarity with
regulatory/compliance frameworks
in blockchain
