Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Freelance Trainer to deliver engaging training sessions in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) domain. The trainer will be responsible for explaining Banking and NBFC Products, Microfinance concepts, and providing Interview Preparation Training to trainees who are preparing to enter the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive training sessions on BFSI concepts, Microfinance, and NBFC Products.
  • Explain various Banking Products such as savings accounts, loans, credit facilities, insurance, etc.
  • Deliver in-depth knowledge sessions on Micro Loans and Microfinance Products.
  • Guide trainees on Interview Preparation – including communication skills, industry-related questions, and confidence-building.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Design and deliver customized training modules as per organizational and trainee requirements.
  • Stay updated with current trends and regulatory changes in the BFSI & NBFC sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Prior experience in Training, BFSI, NBFC, or Microfinance Sector will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial topics for easy understanding.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing sessions independently.
