Role & responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor daily fleet operations, routes, and vehicle utilization.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance, servicing, and compliance with legal requirements (RC, insurance, permits).
  • Manage fleet staff including drivers and helpers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Track fuel, maintenance, and operational costs; prepare performance and cost reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and optimize fleet efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Fleet operations, logistics, and vehicle maintenance knowledge.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Cost optimization and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software / ERP / MS Office.
