Role & responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily fleet operations, routes, and vehicle utilization.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, servicing, and compliance with legal requirements (RC, insurance, permits).
- Manage fleet staff including drivers and helpers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Track fuel, maintenance, and operational costs; prepare performance and cost reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and optimize fleet efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
- Fleet operations, logistics, and vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Cost optimization and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with fleet management software / ERP / MS Office.
