  • Order Management:
    Coordinating with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to execute export orders, from costing and order placement to final shipment. 


  • Production Planning:
    Developing production plans, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards. 


  • Sourcing & Purchasing:
    Selecting suppliers, sourcing materials (fabrics, trims, etc.), and purchasing accessories. 


  • Communication:
    Maintaining clear and effective communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams. 


  • Quality Control:
    Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process, including fabric, color, printing, and packing. 


  • Costing:
    Determining the cost of developed products and balancing various factors for competitive and profitable pricing. 


  • Sample Management:
    Overseeing the creation and approval of samples, and coordinating their shipment to buyers. 


  • Negotiation:
    Negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure cost-effective production.
