Quality and Safety
Maintain high-quality products: Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Food safety and hygiene: Implement and maintain strict food safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Production and Efficiency
Knowledge in Cake, pastry, gateau production and shelf life extension.
Address quality complain and trouble shooting
Meet production targets: Ensure production meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets while maintaining quality standards.
Optimize production processes: Continuously monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
Inventory Management
Manage inventory levels: Ensure optimal inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods to meet production demands.
Minimize waste and losses: Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste, spoilage, and losses.
Team Management
Lead and motivate the production team: Provide guidance, training, and motivation to the production team to ensure they meet production targets and quality standards.
Develop and implement training programs: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure customer satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and ensure that products meet customer expectations.
Respond to customer complaints: Respond promptly to customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Compliance and Regulatory
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements: Ensure the bakery complies with all relevant regulatory requirements, including food safety and labor laws.
Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
