About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, and the technical skills to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, functional, and responsive websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites.
  • Collaborate with developers, content teams, and marketing to bring designs to life.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new web pages.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility of designs.
  • Optimize web pages for speed, usability, and SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Design landing pages, microsites, and email templates for campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Web Designer
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics (preferred).
  • Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
