Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and student-oriented Primary Science Educator to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject expertise, a genuine passion for teaching children, and the ability to design engaging, activity-based learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interactive and developmentally appropriate Science classes for Grades 1–5.
  • Integrate hands-on activities, experiments, and demonstrations to strengthen conceptual understanding.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching resources, and assessments aligned with the school curriculum.
  • Build a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles.
  • Track student progress and provide constructive, timely feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with peers and actively participate in school meetings, trainings, and academic events.
  • Maintain adherence to school academic standards, child safety measures, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Education B.Ed. preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year teaching experience at the primary level (preferred).
  • Strong communication abilities and effective classroom management skills.
  • Proven ability to implement activity-based and experiential learning techniques.
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
