We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector / QAQC Professional with strong expertise in ISO standards, quality management systems, audits, and inspection processes. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO/IEC 17025:2017).
  • Create and manage Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and related documentation.
  • Manage QA/QC documentation control, NCRs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Conduct in-process quality control, product inspections, and apply lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, BS, API, etc.).
  • Conduct internal and external audits (Lead Auditor certification preferred).
  • Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality control records.
  • Ensure continuous improvement through CAPA and data-driven quality tools (SPC, defect analysis).
  • Coordinate with clients, auditors, and third parties; strong communication skills are essential.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quality Department.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 17025 standards.
  • Proficiency in auditing, inspection, NCR management, and quality documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (Lean/Six Sigma is a plus).
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Languages: English (read/write/speak).
