Advanced Specialist Nurse – Dermatology
NHS Borders is seeking an
Advanced Specialist Nurse – Clinical Lead
to join our Dermatology Team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

About The Role
You will provide expert leadership and clinical oversight within the dermatology service. You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care for patients with a wide range of dermatological conditions.

This Is a Key Leadership Role Where You Will

• Lead and develop advanced nursing practice within dermatology.
• Deliver nurse-led clinics
• Support service improvement and innovation.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to nursing colleagues.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service development.
• Act as a resource for patients, carers, and professionals across NHS Borders.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a nurse who:

• Is a registered nurse with significant experience in dermatology.
• Can demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Has a passion for improving patient outcomes and service delivery.
• Is confident in autonomous decision-making and clinical assessment.
