Job Summary:

ETH Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and on time.
  • Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Assist in preparing reports on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and suggest solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Proven experience of a minimum of 1 year in a customer support or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A positive and customer-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
