Position: UiPath Developer
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Hyderabad (HITEC City)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Hybrid ( 3 days from Office)
Shift Timings: 2 to 11 PM IST and 10 PM to 7 AM IST. (Rotational Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of RPA developers, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Solution Design and Development: Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the coding, testing, and debugging of RPA bots, ensuring they operate as intended and meet quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that automation solutions align with business needs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical design documents, process design documents, and process maps.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the development and deployment of RPA processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in RPA technology and implement new technologies as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an RPA developer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing RPA solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in UiPath and a solid understanding of software development principles. Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C#, VBScript, and SQL is advantageous.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
