Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team for the upcoming Lok Sabha Election in 2024. As a Political Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs to support our campaign efforts and communicate our message effectively to the voters.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop creative and eye-catching graphics, including posters, banners, social media graphics, infographics, and other visual materials for the election campaign.
  2. Collaborate with the campaign team to understand key messages and themes and translate them into compelling visual designs.
  3. Create designs that resonate with our target audience and align with the party's values and vision.
  4. Stay updated with current design trends and political developments to ensure our designs remain relevant and impactful.
  5. Work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Ensure all designs adhere to branding guidelines and are of high quality.
  7. Provide creative input and contribute ideas to enhance the overall campaign strategy.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in a political or election campaign context.
  2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work, especially in political or social campaigns.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  7. Knowledge of political landscape and current affairs.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
