This role involves leading a team of AI Analysts and Engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable AI and Generative AI solutions. You will be responsible for driving innovation across LLMs, embeddings, retrieval systems, and prompt engineering while ensuring the underlying data architecture supports growth and performance. The position requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable AI-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of AI Engineers in building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
  • Design and implement advanced LLM-based systems, embeddings, retrieval mechanisms, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering strategies.
  • Ensure robust and scalable data architecture that supports increasing data volume and complexity.
  • Mentor and guide team members, identify skill gaps, and encourage continuous learning and developmental growth.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and define project timelines aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee data quality, integrity, and security across all AI and data engineering initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements, build reusable frameworks, and enhance operational efficiency across AI and data workflows.
  • Translate client discussions into technical deliverables and lead technical conversations with stakeholders.
  • Manage Databricks workflows, clustering, APIs, and large-scale data processing tasks.
  • Apply expertise in data modeling, SQL/NoSQL databases, software development practices, unit testing, and optimization techniques.
  • Utilize Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI) for application development, data processing, and API creation.
  • Deploy and orchestrate AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Perform SQL optimization, schema design, normalization, and database enhancement.
  • Use GitHub for version control and effective team collaboration.
  • Optionally work with PySpark for large-scale data processing.
  • Maintain understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience delivering scalable AI/ML solutions in real-world environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Generative AI frameworks—LLMs, embeddings, retrieval systems, RAG design, and prompt engineering.
  • Deep technical understanding of data modeling, database systems, software development lifecycle, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience deploying AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and relevant libraries essential for data processing and API development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate the business and financial impact of technical decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence to lead conversations with mid-level client stakeholders.
