Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN + + DevOps)

Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad

Work Mode: On-site

About the Role

We are an innovative mobility-tech startup building scalable, real-time applications in the rideshare and micro-mobility sector. At Ezpedal, we aim to redefine urban commuting with technology-driven, user-friendly, and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack and , along with a working knowledge of DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in full-stack development, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to work across frontend, backend, and deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frontend Development
  • Build dynamic, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces using (MERN) or Angular.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences.
  • Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Backend Development
  • Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and services using
  • Implement real-time features such as live tracking, notifications, and WebSocket integrations.
  • Optimize backend performance with caching strategies (Redis) and efficient API designs.
  • Design, manage, and integrate databases (MongoDB for unstructured data & PostgreSQL for relational needs).
  • DevOps & Cloud
  • Work on CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and testing (GitHub Actions / Jenkins / CircleCI).
  • Containerize applications using Docker and optionally manage orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean).
  • Configure and optimize servers (Nginx/Apache) for performance and reliability.
  • System Reliability & Security
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
  • Implement authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
  • Ensure security best practices following OWASP standards.
  • Contribute to monitoring and logging setup using Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with strong experience in / or Angular.
  • Hands-on experience with for backend API development.
  • Expertise in RESTful APIs, with exposure to GraphQL (preferred).
  • Strong database knowledge: MongoDB & PostgreSQL, with ability to write performant queries.
  • Experience with Redis for caching and performance improvements.
  • Proficiency in Git, GitHub/GitLab version control.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
  • Basic knowledge of Kubernetes for orchestration (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Exposure to CI/CD workflows and deployment automation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, SSE, polling).
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture (REST/gRPC).
  • Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Knowledge of security practices, encryption standards, and secure API design.
  • Interest in automation and scripting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350, ₹550,000.00 per year
