About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a rockstar and ambitious Founding AI/ML Engineer to join our team This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our CTO, take ownership of critical AI/ML initiatives, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Bling. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for leveraging cutting-edge technology, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models, especially leveraging large language models (LLMs).
  • Build and optimize AI/ML pipelines for real-world applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into Bling's core product.
  • Work independently to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend innovations that keep Bling ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in AI/ML development, with hands-on experience working with LLMs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mindset: Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and excited about working in an early-stage startup environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in deploying AI/ML models at scale.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Previous startup experience or a deep passion for startups.
