Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic female Tele caller to join our construction sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential buyers, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with existing inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about construction services, ongoing projects, and timelines.
• Coordinate between clients and the project/operations team.
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, or consultations as required.
• Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in tele calling or sales, preferably in real estate/construction.(Freshers can also apply)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
