Damensch is on the hunt for a Senior Graphic Designer to support our thriving e-commerce business. Oh, and did we mention this is one of the most fun teams in the organization?

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  1. Prioritize your workload, balancing creative thinking time with desired deadlines
  2. Ensuring that all creative pieces follow brand guidelines, standards, and visual
  3. expectations
  4. Taking time to understand the overall business strategy in order to produce creative that
  5. supports company goals
  6. Maintain files in a structured and organized way so that all designers on the team can
  7. manipulate and edit if needed.
  8. You will work on projects including presentations, flyers, banners, large scale graphics
  9. for tradeshow booths, digital including social, web, and email, etc.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  1. 1-3 years of graphic experience and 2 years in a leadership role preferred
  2. Mastery of graphic design software and a solid knowledge of design and visual
  3. principles
  4. Highly proficient in InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator and Photoshop
  5. Demonstrated portfolio showing creative, design and software skills with both print
  6. and digital executions.
  7. Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the customer/business needs in mind
  8. Ability to communicate design choices clearly
  9. Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, layout, typography, and web
  10. specifications
  11. Knowledge of web design; experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript preferred
  12. Demonstrated photo editing and production skills

Ideal candidate:

  1. Experience in managing a team
  2. Previous online graphic designing experience, preferred from Fashion apparel
  3. background.
  4. Portfolio look – Minimal and clean
  5. 3+ years of experience
