Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bending CNC Supervisor, located in Rudrapur. The Bending CNC Supervisor will oversee and manage CNC bending operations to ensure that production targets are met. Daily responsibilities include supervising the CNC bending team, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining equipment. The supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments, providing training to staff, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Training experience
• Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments
• Basic knowledge of Finance for budget management and cost control
• Previous experience in a related role and an understanding of CNC machinery is beneficial
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Rudrapur
• Relevant technical certification or degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred
